Day
1 Arrival Mumbai
You will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel for overnight
stay.
Day 2 In
Mumbai
Whole day with chauffeur and car at disposal to discover Mumbai. Sights to
visit include the hanging gardens, the Gateway of India, Tower of Silence,
the dhobiwalas (washermen), Prince of Wales Museum and the central Maidan
(lawns where cricket is played). For shopping there is the large Arcade
annexed to the Oberoi Hotel and also Colaba.
Suggest you make a trip over to Elephanta Island today. The boat leaves
from the Gateway of India with an English speaking guide around 9am. (Check
with the reception at your hotel). The caves on the island contain
magnificent sculptures and the three faced head of Shiva is one of the most
beautiful. Return to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 3 Fly
Mumbai - Hyderabad
Depending on your flight your driver will drop you at the airport in time
to take the flight to Hyderabad. Upon arrival meet and transfer to the Hotel
for your overnight stay.
Day 4 Hyderabad
plus sightseeing
Morning visit of Golconda Fort and the Qutub Shahi Tombs. Afternoon visit
to the Salarjung Museum, Charminar and Mecca Mosque. Car available with
chauffeur throughout the day. I strongly suggest that you have your own car
with chauffeur available while in Hyderabad to avoid harassment by the local
taxi driver.

5 Hyderabad plus
sightseeing
Morning visit to Chaumahalla Palace. This Palace, beyond Charminar was once
used for coronation ceremonies. Then on to visit Falakhnuma Palace which was
the residence of the 6th and 7th Nizam kings.
Later visit the Badshahi Ashur Khana in close proximity to the Charminar.
Special Hyderabadi Biryani is suggested in one of the ethnic Restaurants.
Later visit the Purana Haveli which houses the artifacts of erstwhile
Nizams. Overnight at your hotel. Car available with chauffeur throughout the
day.
Day 6 Hyderabad
- Bidar
After breakfast drive to Bidar on good road for 3 hours / 150 kms. Check in
at the Hotel. Later visit Bidar Fort, Rangeen Mahal (the keys will be with
the museum attendant), Tombs of Baharamani and Barid Shahi kings, the
Islamic university and the Madrasa.
Day
7 Bidar -
Gulburga
After Breakfast drive to Jalasangvi Temple (6th Century Chalukyans period)
on the way to Humnabad 2 kms off the main road. Later drive to Gulburga.
Arrive 120 kms / 3 hrs with 30 minutes stop at checkpoint of taxes. Visit
the Fort ruins, great guns, The Garib Nawaz Dargah Sheriff. Check in at your
hotel for overnight stay.

8 Gulburga -
Bijapur
After breakfast drive to Bijapur - 170 kms / 5 hrs on a moderate to bad
road. Just 35 kms from Gulburga visit Firozabad, the former capital of the
Bahamanis before they moved to Gulburga and then to Bidar. Firozabad is not
generally frequented by tourists. The fort ruins and the Jamie Mosque are
among the paddy fields inside the village - 5 kms from the main road. Next
to them are the Bathing places which are of the earliest spa and saunas of
Islamic architecture. There are no good restaurants between Gulburga and
Bijapur. Would suggest you ask the hotel to organize a packed lunch for you.
Drive on to Bijapur after crossing the river Bhima. If lucky you may see
the weekly colourful fair on the banks of the river Bhima. 13kms before
Bijapur on the left hand side do not forget to visit the summer palace of
the Adil Shahi Kings, to see the erotics. The keys will be with the
attendant.
Day
9 In Bijapur
Full day visit of various monuments in Bijapur.
Day 10 Bijapur
- Dandeli
Leave after breakfast for the drive to Dandeli. Your stay will be at the
Kali Adventure Camp within the Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary. Rest of the day
as per the jungle programme organised by the resort.
Day
11 In Dandeli
Full day in the Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary as per the jungle programme.
This will include jeep safaris into the sanctuary.
Day 12 Dandeli
- Goa
After breakfast drive from Dandeli to Goa. Upon arrival check in at your
hotel for 03 nights stay.

13 Goa
Day at leisure to relax at the beach
Day
14 Goa
Day at leisure to relax at the beach
Day 15 Goa -
Mumbai
The hotel will organize a transfer for you to the Diabolim Airport for your
flight to Mumbai. Then you can take the free shuttle bus across to the
International Airport for your next destination.

domestic flights airlines require you to report for check in 01 hrs
prior to departure if you are flying economy class.

International flights airlines require you to report for check in 3
hrs prior to departure if you are flying economy class.
- Return
flights should be reconfirmed at least 72 hrs prior to departure.
